The defence is pathetic, Telfer couldn't catch a cold and Michalik's aimless and confused performances just get worst. We are relying on Becchio and Delph too much and others are not pulling their weight. Fair play to Huddersfield, they had more fight and determination and they should enjoy their win

Leeds
Sad to say that our defensive failings cost us yet again. It is becoming slightly tedious to witness the same sorry excuse that we "deserved more" out of the game. The simple fact is that we cannot keep a clean sheet and it is hoped that the transfer window affords us the opportunity to strengthen our defence. I also hate to say it but every time we step up to any really "meaningful challenge" we appear to roll over just like with the promotion play off final. More grit and determination needed as well as a good defensive coach and/or better defenders!
Frank in Solihull
Have to say I agree with Frank in Solihull…I'm in Ireland and we had to put up with Stan's...um...'strange ways' for far too long before logic finally took hold. Bottom line here is we're going nowhere with this particular defence and I know I'm not alone in thinking we're just about good enough to be exactly where we are right now – no more.
Ger Healion – Kildare, Ireland
Our Defence was a shambles, our midfield was tired and in the final 3rd we had no idea. Beckford needs to be playing to help out Becchio. Get Parker out of the team, Aiden White is the future and after seeing Parker on his back side more than on his feet this weekend, I'd loan him out again / or sell him. Will we ever see the Lubo of old again? Or even the Rui of old for that matter? Saying that Steve Staunton was a defender in his playing days, his coaching of the position is completely laughable.
