Jacob had contacted NFL UK for help and advice along the way - and it turned out they had been following his whole journey, with the surprise waiting at the final match.
Jacob said: "It had been something planned all along, it was insane. They said it so nonchalant-ly too, just handed me a golden ball and said 'oh yeah, you're going to the Super Bowl'.
"It was great and I wasn't expecting it at all, so it made it all the better that it had been kept a surprise."
