Leeds shooting: Detectives believe man left fighting for life was victim of 'targeted attack'
A 24-year-old man has been left fighting for his life in hospital after he was shot in Reginald Street, Chapeltown, at 7.15pm yesterday.
Officers including armed police attended the scene and the National Police Air Service helicopter was also drafted in.

Hide AdDetective Superintendent Jim Dunkerley, of the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, said earlier today that a full investigation was under way.
In a further update, he told the YEP: “Whilst it is very early days in the investigation, it is believed to be a targeted offence and there is no wider risk to the general public.”
Patrols are continuing in the area today as enquiries continue into events surrounding the shooting.
