Giant obstacle course: Leeds teams wanted for challenge at Temple Newsam
Kapow! Superhero Challenge is a new fun-filled obstacle course event taking place at Temple Newsam Estate on June 30.
You can run jog or walk around a course with 10 giant inflatable obstacles, lots of foam and a few more surprises along the way.

Hide AdFamilies, friends and colleagues are being encouraged to dress up as their favourite superhero and take part just for fun or raise money for a charity.
It is being organised by the type 1 diabetes charity JDRF in collaboration with eight other charities including Martin House Children’s Hospice, Children’s Heart Surgery Fund, Brainstrust, Leeds Hospital Children’s Appeal, RSPCA Leeds & Wakefield Branch and Yorkshire Cancer Centre Appeal.
Sadie Munro of JDRF said: “Eight local charities have come on board to help make this event happen, so we’re set for a super day that will raise thousands for local causes.
“We’re encouraging people to dress up as their favourite superhero too, so whether you are an Avenger, X-Men or Justice League fan all are welcome to take part and be heroes.”

Hide AdObstacles include a four metre high slide, inflatable tunnels, foam walls and a maze.
Ellie Barker of Martin House Children’s Hospice, said: “This is a really exciting event to be part of. It’s brilliant to be able to collaborate with so many other local causes to make the event really special.’”
