Mixed message on health

YET another health research finding... the great British breakfast can increase your chance of getting cancer.

But at the bottom of the report it states in small print: 'Only if you eat it every day.'

I think most people realise that over indulging in anything is not good for you. In moderation it is a great way to start the day.

Only a few weeks ago there was a case of a man who nearly died from drinking too much water. He was a fitness fanatic who went to the gym every day and drank so much water his kidneys just couldn't take it.

Also the health experts told us a few years ago to limit our egg intake to two or three a week because of cholesterol. But this week we are being told that eating two eggs a day helps people reduce cholesterol.

Are you confused? I know I am.
